Unfortunately it looks like Windows 10 doesn't pop up a dialog to install the driver for a new device like it used to do on Win 7, 8, etc. You should hear a little ding that Windows detected a new device while the red LED on the Trinket pulses (and another ding when the red LED stops pulsing and the bootloader ends).
